After celebrating into the early hours, enjoy a leisurely morning on the 1st of January with a sumptuous Full Scottish Breakfast. To kickstart the day, we’ll also serve you a revitalizing Bloody Mary, setting the tone for a wonderful year ahead. Our breakfast service will be extended, with the last sitting available until 11 am, allowing you to relax and indulge.

2nd January Check-Out

On the final morning of your stay, savour another delicious Full Scottish Breakfast before checking out, bidding farewell to The Roseate Edinburgh Hotel, and taking with you cherished memories of an extraordinary Hogmanay celebration.
