Do you have space for car parking? What are the charges?

We provide car parking space at the rate of 50 GBP/day or 8 GBP/hour.We offer a free valet parking service.


Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets and service animals are welcome. There’s a charge of £25 per stay, which includes a dog bed, dog bowls, complimentary mineral water and a dog treat. The hotel does have a Pet Menu, which is accessible via the room service.

What time you serve Afternoon Tea and what is the price?

Afternoon Tea is open to resident guests and visitors.
Served at: The Hyde – Daily | from 13:00 to 17:00 | Maximum capacity: 30 pax
Price: starting at 39.95 GBP per person
Reservation is not mandatory.


When is the breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily at The Hyde from 07:00 to 11:00.

Price is £29.95 per person.
We can also serve breakfast in room upon request.


Can I book a meeting space at the hotel?

Our meeting room accommodates 12 guests and provides the best business efficiencies: Include high speed internet access, high definition video conferencing, high definition smart TV, conference phone, easy access power sockets and USB points.

Can I cancel my booking?

Flexible reservations are fully refundable with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the check-in date. Other kinds of reservations are not refundable.


What is the check in time?

Check-in tine is 15:00.
Early Check-in is subject to availability.
The minimum Check-in age for guests is 18 years.


What is the check out time?

Check-out is at noon.
Late Check-out is subject to availability.
The late Check-out fee is 35 GBP per hour.

    A recent Government notification requires guests to carry proof of identity at the time of check in, which must be presented upon arrival. The proof of identity can either be the guest's passport or driving license. A deposit of £100 will be taken upon arrival to cover the room charges and incidentals.
